Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984. He graduated from Florida State University in 1981and from Cumberland School of Law in 1984. Timothy's practice has focused on personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation and real estate.

He has been recognized for his many years of community service. He is a recipient of the President's Pro Bono Award for providing free legal services to the poor. He is Past President of the Panama City Junior Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Campbell is also Past President of the Bay County Bar Association. He has served in numerous executive positions and received numerous awards while serving various organizations. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

He is a member of Federal Courts of the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He has handled cases resulting from car accidents, unsafe premises, workplace injuries, defective products, maritime cases, nursing home injuries and death cases.
